High Square Plansifter

High square plansifter is mainly used for screening of ground wheat and intermediate materials, it can be used for flour grading as well. Now It is widely used in modern flour mills and rice mills. Through different screening designs, the intermediate materials can pass through different screening channels to realize material classification.

working principle

The machine is driven by a motor which is installed inside of the main frame and counter-balanced by a counterweight. Each machine has 4, or 6, or 8 sections sieves inside. Different material flows into the different section on its own route. According to individual design for different materials, the sieve sifts different granular material to different next passage in flour mills when the whole machine is running.

1. Screen frame: size of the screen frame is 640x640mm and 740x740mm.

2. Frame: frame is made of pressed steel plate. Bottom is supported by stainless steel tray and equipped with SKF (Sweden) special double row self-aligning bearing.

3. Screen frame: screen frame is made of imported wood and high-quality melamine polymer material, easy to disassemble and replace.

4. Screen frame and transmission frame: made of low alloy automobile baffle material, through unique design, the main engine and diaphragm are integrated into a solid structure.
